What is the Winbox Agent Program?
With unique programs like Winbox VIP and Winbox Extra Bonus, our brand has quickly become too big for even us to market the Winbox brand to the right people.
With this in mind, the Winbox Agent Program was built from the ground up to create a network of agents who both truly understood the Winbox brand as well as how to bring in the audience we aim to attract. At the start, we looked to our existing players, who knew the playerbase better than anyone else, since they were part of it themselves.
Over time, this program became public and open to anyone and everyone. Where entrepreneurs, content creators, or everyday players could refer both friends and strangers to be new Winbox players.

Winbox Agents don’t do all this for nothing, of course. The following are just a few benefits our agents can look forward to with each new referral they bring in.
Lifetime Commission
Agents earn a permanent commission from active Winbox players that registered their Winbox account with your referral code. These downlines also stretch infinitely, so you’ll also be able to earn commissions from your referral’s referrals.
No Turnover Requirements
Unlike Many of our other programs, any credit or money accrued as a member of this program can be withdrawn with no strings attached.
How Commissions Are Paid Out
The Winbox Agent program pays out commissions based on where you are in the ecosystem, which can be broken down into 4 main levels.
Note: Winbox Agents are positioned within the Shareholder and Member tiers by default, which opens up more opportunities for greater earning potential between the two tiers.
For Shareholders
Shareholders earn a percentage of the profit that is generated by the downlines, a percentage that’s determined by the number of shares they hold. This percentage also varies between game categories like slots, sports betting, live casino, and lotto 4D. All downline revenue will be aggregated first into the Winbox Casino company’s total revenue before calculating profits in the final profit pool.
For Standard Members
Members earn up to 0.2% of all downline players’ activity in cash money, depending on the game played. This tier lets agents earn from ongoing activities of their extended network, which can span infinitely when new downlines are added. When a player in the downline places a bet, Members get a small and consistent cash reward.
For Super Players
Also known as Referrers, Super Players earn up to 0.3% rebate in credits from betting activity of their direct downlines, depending on the game that is played. The Super Player tier rewards individuals who promote and grow their immediate network. Credit rebates give extra value in gameplay, as well as tangible incentives to engage and build their direct referrals. The rebate only works with direct downlines, so Super Players do not receive the rebate if their downline’s referred players places a bet.
For Players
Referred Players earn 0.5% credit rebates on their own bets depending on the game that is played. This is made so that newly-referred players receive rewards for personal game sessions, which encourages ongoing engagement with the platform. This basic tier provides a small return on betting activity, which makes participation worthwhile and rewarding players with immediate benefit.
Calculating Commission Payouts
Payouts are calculated based on the valid betting turnover rate and are credited according to the tier type. Commissions and rebates are also calculated independently based on the game provider, as each one has differing rates that are updated periodically.
Members earn cash commissions from all betting activity within their downline. A Winbox Agent is automatically a Member, and they can enjoy a steady cash stream.
Shareholder Profit Sharing
All Winbox Agents are Shareholders to different degrees, this means that they can benefit from the total overall winnings of their entire downline network of referring players. The total profit allocated to each shareholder works with a specific structured calculation process that takes into account the overall Turnover Net Profit Pool of our entire Winbox company and that particular shareholder’s total downline activity.
Turnover Net Profit Pool Calculation
The Turnover Net Profit Pool refers to the company’s overall net profit across the turnover of every single shareholder. It is calculated by using the following factors:
- The Company’s total revenue.
- The Company’s net profit by each game category.
- A particular Shareholder’s entire downline turnover for that game category.
Company total revenue refers to the total amount of winnings that is generated from a specific game category, and company net profit refers to the actual profit that is remaining after deduction from operational costs, bonuses, and expenses.
These two factors represent the company’s overall profit margin for that specific game category and is used to determine its proportional profit allocation.
For example, if the company’s total revenue for all slot games played is RM1,000,000, with RM200,000 of this being profit and RM500,000 of this revenue coming from your downline network — then the total divisible earnings is RM100,000.
( RM200,000 / RM1,000,000 ) x RM500,000 = RM100,000
Turnover Net Profit Pool Calculation
Once the previous Turnover Net Profit Pool is calculated, the earnings will then be distributed to each Winbox Agent depending on how many shares out of the total available shares are owned by the Shareholder.
For example, if the total divisible earnings from slots is RM100,000 and a Shareholder possesses 26 of the 130 total shares, then said Shareholder gets RM20,000 of these divisible earnings.
RM100,000 x ( 26 / 130 ) = RM20,000
Standard Member Commissions
Standard Members earn cash commissions from all betting activity within their downline. A Winbox Agent is automatically a Member, and they can enjoy a steady cash stream.
For Example, if the total downline betting turnover is RM50,000 from Super Player A, Super Player B, and referred player C.
Then, at a commission rate of 0.2%, your total withdrawable commissions amount is RM100.
RM50,000 x 0.2% = RM100
Super Player Commission Calculation
The Super Player tier earns a 0.3% rebate in Winbox Chips from directly referred Players only. Super Players only receive the rebate from first-level referrals and not extended networks, so directly referred Players from another Player will not generate any commission to the Super Player.
For example, if the total betting turnover of all players directly referred by you is RM50,000, a commissions rate of 0.3% will total to be RM150 in Winbox Chips.
RM50,000 x 0.3% = RM150
Player Commission Calculation
Players can earn 0.5% in credit rebates from their own betting activity.
For example, if your total betting turnover is RM50,000, a rebate of 0.5% will total to be RM250.
RM50,000 x 0.5% = RM250
